I bought an old fancy door from the re-store and had Pacific Iron and Metal construct a door jam for me. They were really busy and not very friendly when I dropped the door off. I just put up with it and I was really nice to them. It took them a couple days to finish it and when I picked it up the door was not square. The bottom gap b/w the threshold and the door itself was 1/4 inch shorter on one side. I called them back and was nice to them. I talked to various different people, was put on hold multiple times, was hung up on once, and when I finally talked to the manager he told me that my door was "a piece of garbage" and the didn't want to do it to begin with. On top of that he referred to me as "lady" and was generally condescending. I coulding believe it. I am not sure if they treated me that way b/c I am a female or if they are generally nasty to every customer.
