I have been a client of this agent's for a long time & have always received excellent service & great rates. I find the staff is always friendly & happy to help, if only with an inquiry. After being involved in a major accident in 2006. Bob & his staff went above & beyond in helping me through the whole process. Rates "may" be slightly lower elsewhere, but I think I'd find if they were, the service just wouldn't be there & when you do need to use your policy, you are going to want the service 100% all of the way!
