I just went to Ray's for my 10:00 AM appt. I had scheduled yesterday with them. I normally have my cars worked on there and I'm familar with their routine - schedule an appt., wait for an estimate, decide whether or not to have the work done.\r

Upon arriving today at Ray's I was asked if I was at the right place since they didn't have me on the schedule. I said I had spoke to them yesterday and was given a 10:00 am appt. The man looked at me and said I'm full for today, there's no way we can fit you in.\r
I assured him I had scheduled an appointment with them because the individual I spoke to referenced my previous car I had work done there when I gave him my name.\r

Couldn't have been more rude - couldn't have been less accommodating. Called me a liar. If you want to deal with this type of service - take your car to Ray's!
