They are there when no one else is open with 6 dogs, 8 cats and drop off kittens all the time we need midnight vet numbers. You go in and they take care of things and you pick them up and take them to your own vet the next day. This type of quick 24 hour care in emergencies, is needed. They also have specialist that come in on a once a week venue.
