I have been banking here for over 5 years. They have always been more than helpful. Only once in all of my experiences was I frustrated. This was because I had to wait so long to open a new account with my son (30 minutes). When I finally met with the new accounts person, they gave us their undivided attention and even some great advice for my son. It ended up being worth the wait.
