This is the response I received from the Sisson branch manager after several attempts (I emailed the assistant manager first - no response; then the manager - email bounced; then called to verify the address - it bounced again; then contacted Enterprise customer service - was promised a response from the area manager; got none; posted a reminder to Enterprise customer service - and got this email), and two weeks of waiting - judge for yourself if you think this is a good response to concerns on being asked to sign off on there being no damage to the car before actually seeing the car (the car did have damage), and the agent then failing to ask whether we were leaving the state, thereby exposing us to significant insurance risk:\r \r "I appreciate you giving me feedback from your rental experience.
