Review content:
I used Advantage to inspect a home I was going to purchase, as recommended by my real estate agent. He found a major defect which I otherwise would not have seen or, if I had, would not have known what problems I would have encounted later on as the homeowner. Minor defects were listed in great detail, and suggestions to remedy those defects were offered. I passed on that house, but used them a second time for the house I did eventually buy. Very competent professionals, highly recommended.
