My husband took his car in because it wouldnt start. $330 later, they said it was a bad ignition switch. the very same day, for the exact same problem, the car broke down. we had to walk home and my husband had to miss work to get it fixed, again. this time it was just a piece of plastic that had fallen in the gear shift. that was it! $330 bucks to remove a piece of plastic!! they removed the plastic and the car works fine now. They gave us no refund on the ignition switch. they said they did their diagnostic, which was turning the key harder!! (that 'diagnostic' was $90), and that started the car so it had to be the ignition switch. that is ridiculous! sometimes the car would start that way for us, too. they also left a hose unattached under the hood. my husband pointed it out and asked if it wasnt supposed to attach to anything. the mechanic so 'no'. but then my husband pointed out a spot and said, 'what about there?' and the mechanic said, "oh ya, i guess it goes there." and re-at
