I was referred to Dr.Dass almost 5 months ago and was completely satisfied- until recently. My last visit was right before the Dr.'s 3 week vacation and after receiving the fourth bill for $125.00 ( flea meds included) i was completely SHOCKED to find out that my 41/2 month old puppy has fleas! Knowing that obviously I was going to have to wait 3 weeks to get in touch with him, i took the steps necessary to rid her of the fleas. So after an additional $50.00 on household sprays,powders,and shampoo, I called Dr. Dass' office and talked to a less-than-helpful receptionist who nicely informed me that "oh ya, that flea medicine hasn't really been working this year" to which i replied "well then why am I paying for something that doesn't work? and "will I get a credit on my next bill?" after a slight giggle she replied "no, but maybe if i can find the address you can write to the company and let them know your not pleased" No I Will Not!
