i was in need of a fireplace/chimney inspection and scheduled an appointment with Rising Star after reading reviews about their business online. i've read tons of reviews about Chris' service, but Nick was the one who came on-site to service my chimney. he was thorough, friendly, courtesy, respectful of all areas he was working in...i can go on and on. i'm so pleased with the level of service i received from Nick and Rising Star. i had a scheduled appointment which was moved back an hour due to an emergency, but Nick kept me informed of his ETA and he was right on time. i will definitely be using Rising Star again next year!
