In response to the reviews entitled "Terrible Experience" and "Just the Facts": I went out of my way from the original call to this customer's home to the second and final quality inspection, even taking multiple phone calls on the weekends including Sunday evenings. The customer negotiated the price down from the original quote, not the other way around. The installers made a small mistake on the installation of the system which we went back and corrected without hesitation. We did extra work for them replacing part of their duct work not included in the contract at NO ADDITIONAL cost plus offered them a free service contract and $150 for their inconvenience. Unfortunately even this did not prove to be enough to please the customer. At the point of receiving threats via the phone from this individual I realized it was time to write this one off.
