Review content:
I sent Jeffries Eye Center this email outlining my issues:\r
\r
I first visited your office the afternoon of 7 May and discussed my concerns with your office manager. My concern stems from my son and I being told by multiple people that he could utilize his insurance in a certain way and it turns out that information was incorrect. Another concern stems from my son being told he could come in after the first of the year and get a contact fitting, he was not told during the time that I was there that he only had 90 days. \r
\r
the first of these concerns was addressed to the office manager whose sole reply was "it is your job to know your insurance not ours." She continuously stated that same mantra even when I asked her if you (Jeffries Eye Care) are not going to stand by what you say and will claim instead that it is the consumers responsibility to know their insurance policy then why are you giving advice to customers on how to best utilize their insurance. She stated the same mantra
