I would not give the owner of this company Rick Silva any funds before he starts a job he has given me the run around for more than a month. This company is very Shady and does not comply with what they are suppose to do. This company owes me money and he promises Friday and Friday in his eyes never come. They Scam People with the elevation process and never fall through with what is contracted. If you are dealing with this company please make sure you make Rick Silva sign his name to your own contract because they are unreliable and not very dependable.
