Never have I been more unhappy with a cake. I ordered a Hello Kitty cake for my daughters third birthday. They assured me it would be no problem and it would roughly equal a quarter of a sheet cake. From this I thought the cake would be in the kitty shape. Today is my daughters birthday, and when I went to pick up the cake, it was the sloppiest sheet cake I have ever seen. The kitty was put on with with black free style, making her body lumpy and square shaped. The colors were wrong, and the picture of kitty was maybe two inches. The colors, which were not requested for my preference, were red, orange, and black. I refused payment, and the baker/cashier grew hostile. We had to make an emergency cake buy, which thankfully turned out gorgeous. Everyone I spoke with today told me that Town House was notorious for hideous cakes, and now I sadly can agree. This was the first and last time I will order from them, and if I could give a lower score, I would.
