I hired Poorman's for a routine fall checkup of my furnace and water heater. Two came and took 2 hours to do the work, even though they spent only 5 minutes on the water heater, which they said at 14 years old they "shouldn't touch" and I should replace. I had been told the work would take 1- 1.5 hours. They were there 2 hours and tried to charge me for 2.25 hours (though I convinced him he shouldn't come at 8:50 and leave at 10:50 and charge like he came at 8:45 and left at 11).
PROS: everything still works
CONS: too expensive
