Review content:
After we arrived we saw nothing but a rotted bunch of wood, definitely not what is pictured & advertised on their page www.beachgate.com. And now we move to the inside, doors are difficult to open/close, latch, they blow open. The entire living area was covered with sand, we had to sweep it, that is after we finally found a broom. The fluorescent lights in both bathrooms would not light, reported this several times to the front office, they claim work orders to repair were generated but when I followed up no one was able to find any documentation of my call or stopping by. So my family and I had to use the only other light the bathroom had - the "HEAT LAMP" And now on to the towels & bed linens, this unit was a large 3 bedroom unit and I was only able to find 6 towels & 1 set of sheets and no pillows with three futons between the 3 rooms, I called the office and some maintenance guy answered who couldn't find his A** in a windstorm with both hands attached. So here I go making another
