I have known Penni, personally for about 5 years and have had the pleasure of dealing with her company and crew for 2 or 3 years. At our business location, we continously get an EXCELLENT quality job for a Very reasonable price. If the time ever comes that I need housekeeping services in my home, I will have NO reservations of inviting Penni and her crew into my private life. I have almost weekly contact, either with her cleaning crew or her office staff; always pleasant conversations and an openess for suggestions.\r
As recently as 4 weeks ago, we had good compliments from our visitors from out of town. When the quality of work attracts the attention and comments of EVP's, VP's, and HR personel from as far away as Rochester, NY, I think it speaks for itself. \r
My respect to Penni on a personal as well as a professional level is such that I, as an author of children's books, have dedicated an upcoming book to Summer's Cleaning, Penni, and her crew for the excellent work they have done f
