I took my car into them to fix a flat that I had. They informed me that the state of Maryland did not allow them to fix flats. so believing them (which I have now since learned that was false information) agreed to purchase A new tire. Just one. Told them which one needed replaced and began my 3 hour wait in their lounge. The mechanic who was going to change my tire entered the store and asked the manager again which tire to replace and I heard the manager tell him (which was correct information). After my 3 hour hold up, I was told my car was ready. I paid and left, directly to home less than a mile away. The next morning, while getting ready to take my son to school, my son noticed the same tire we had been having problems with going flat, was once again flat. They had replaced the wrong tire!! I hand pumped the flat tire with a hand bicycle pump and drove to their store. Informed the manager of the mistake and he did offer me another new tire to fix the actual flat one at
