Review content:
This martial arts studio is by far the best place I've trained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. All students treat each with respect no matter what rank they have. There are students there that train very hard and are very devoted, and others are learning MMA (mixed martial arts) for fitness and self defense. Sensei Wetmore offeres a pre-K class for children and his other youth classes are always full. MMA is beneficial for children, teens, adults young and old. It's a relatively relaxed atmosphere but still upholds the traditional style that martial arts teaches. Students learn the 'rules' early and everyone is there to help each other out. LEMA also offers cardio kickboxing classes separate from training. LEMA offers evening and daytime (adult) classes. Tuition is fair and there are no contracts, definetly a plus!
