I 100 percent disagree! Dr. Kommareddy is great. She is always very nice and having an accent does not mean you can not speak English. She speaks just fine and if you need her to explain something all you need to do is ask and she will gladly explain. The staff is always nice and helpful and i have never had any problems. People do not realize how much it takes to own a pet, they are expensive especially when they are sick and if people took good preventative care of their pets, then they would not get sick as much and would cost lest overall.
