I was skeptical about working with a company out of state when I made the initial call. I connected with loan officer, Diane Pitone, who answered all my questions, explained the process and told me what information was required to proceed. I wanted to refinance my existing mortgage with a PMI eliminator, which Diane made sure I understood and offered several other loans available. The overall experience was more pleasant than I expected. Diane was above and beyond customer service oriented. She answered my calls almost every time, took as much time as needed to respond to my questions and made this the easiest home loan I have ever experienced, even with local mortgage companies. After the loan was approved, others in the company kept me in the loop as to how the process was progressing, which was much appreciated. There was only one time I had to supply another document. Diane did an excellent job asking for exact documents so there would be very little additional requests.
