Over the past 19 years I have used numerous lenders to finance my properties including my primary homes, vacation homes and investment properties. My experiences with these other lenders in new home loans, refi's & construction loans have been sub-par until I contacted Jeff Zanni, loan officer with Shore Mortgage. Jeff processed the refi of my primary home with a maximum of discount $ at 3.75% in 26 days from the day I called him to the day of closing. The efficiency and communication within Shore Mortgage's different departments also impressed me, even the title company that closed my loan. My wife and I were so greatly impressed with Jeff Zanni and Shore Mortgage that we contacted him on the day of closing to refi another property. I have already referred Jeff to several friends that are looking to refi.
