We hired Carlos Landscaping a few months ago. Salvador, Carlos's brother, was our primary point of contact. Salvador came out our house. We went over our basic concerns for maintaining our front and backyard. We addressed what they would cover and the cost. \r

Salvador was very professional and reassured me the work would get done and I would see results. Unfortuenly, we paid in advance and we didn't see any results. \r
\r
They came the 1st day as scheduled on time and did a half job. I didn't say anything, I didn't want to be nit pciky. I figured next time they will do a better job. \r
\r
Next time around they showed up late (the window was from 9am-1:30 pm). They showed up at 4:45pm. and they only did the front yard and they left all the trash in the front yard from the leaf blowing in a pile.\r
