EXCELLENT & THANKS, Jason & crew!!! My '99 Toyota Camry needed it I guess! Having dumped an entire Peet's coffee (a freshly made French press cuppa French roast, and I hadn't even sipped it yet!) on my front passenger seat on a Sunday, I called Jason Monday a.m. Turned out he couldn't take in the car until Wednesday 1st thing - IF I wanted the $ 5.00 Beemer, his $5 car(s) were booked until Wed. He explained what needed to be done, wouldn't state for sure the coffee smell or stains could be 100% removed, especially if we waited another couple days, but he felt nearly fully confident. When I arrived at opening time, he looked it over and felt better about the job. He quoted the same $ 118.00 he had on the phone. And they would do the entire carpet and seats, possibly taking the RF seat out to best get at all the problem. He explained, too, the deep enzyme process to get the coffee smell gone for good. (Yeah, maybe I want that smell back!!) I asked him to look at the tree sap spot
