Review content:
WARNING : STAY AWAY : Do NOT do business with this place , unless you like the feeling of being ripped off ! I went in to this shop on 8/30/12 to sell an American Eagle 1-oz. gold coin , mint condition. The current spot price of gold was exactly $1655 per oz. This fat joker offers me 1620 , while another local shop had just offered me 1675 ! (No, that is not a misprint...1675 is what the other shop offered, and Bozo offers me 1620 !). Apparently he thought I wasn't aware of the current market and he thought he could get away with one on me. OOPS !! In the current gold market, ALL reputable HONEST coin dealers will give at least spot, and many will give over spot depending on what kind of coin you have to sell. Needless to say, I left the place in a hurry and went to the other HONEST dealer to do business with him ! The other dealer told me that he has heard many complaints about the clown at Orland Jewelry & Coin. I only gave a 1-star rating because there is no option for ZERO stars !
