Review content:
Very rude staff. Tried to ask questions and got blown off. Asked the way to the freeway and it seemed to put out the clerk. Specifically wanted SF items and there were very few of them. Had samples pages but not the supplies to make those pages. Asked about other SB stores in the area and told there was none by clerk "NS". Specifically asked about Ben Franklin Crafts in Novato and was told they didn't carry SB items. Went there last evening and they have a much larger selection than SB territory. Would not return to this store EVER!
