I've frequented this store a few times a year for several years. Inventory quality and quantity is good and not as stale as many stores. I'm a HUGE scrapbooker, travel a lot and sample stores everywhere I go. This is a very good store with some exceptions. The owner and staff attitude is really poor and lazy. I don't need you to kiss my ass - but really would a smile kill you? I love dogs, but don't think that a scrapbook store is the right place for a dog, and hers is not especially well mannered. My biggest beef would be that they don't let you use the restroom - siting delicate plumbing issues. I will NEVER do a crop in any store where I know I will have to walk a block and stand in line at a Pete's coffee for for a filthy one toilet unisex restroom. Raise your prices and fix the toilet! Give the store a dust and a mop once in a while huh?
