I just had my bike in to get a bew tire on the rear i droped it off at 9 am when they ooened and they oromised to have it done by 2 pm and the would call me when it was done. So several hours passed and it was going on 3 pm and still no call so i decided to go check on it when i got there i saw my bike sitting outside thought maybe it was done ant they forgot to call me but now 3 pm and still has the same tire on the rear. I walked inside there was no one in the service area so went to the parts counter the parts counter called the service manage for me. I talked with the service manager he said they had gotten behind and it WAS NOT HIS FAULT that my bike was not done even though hr is the service manager and should know every thig going on in the bay. So he blamed it on mis communication and said they would get it do.e and call me. So about 5 pm they ginally call me and say it is ready. And i still had to pay full price. So my warnning is that this servie facility i would advise all m
