Review content:
Screaming kids in the pool, dogs barking all day, absentee building management, this place has it all. They also refuse to let you have small in-window air conditioners so enjoy the sweltering heat during the hot months. It's on a nice location by the (fake) Foster City lagoons but there are MUCH better places close by. I get the impression that these guys are just after the money and do not care about the tenants at all.
PROS: right on the lagoon with boat launching docks
CONS: screaming kids, barking dogs, incompetent management
