I stopped in to have a pair of Enzo Angiolini pumps have a new little black plastic bit put on the bottom of the heel and to be cleaned, I also had a pair of shoes dye. They were a brand new pair of Charles David $250 pumps that I needed to dye a little darker to navy blue. I was told ?no problem?. The fabric on the Enzo?s was silk and the Charles David?s had white leather piping so the shoes needed to be dyed very carefully to not stain the piping. What a problem! They demanded payment of $60 CASH up front. I paid and was told my shoes would be ready in a week which seemed like along time, but okay. The Enzo?s he cleaned with soap and water and they were dirtier than before. That is like washing a silk top in the washer! They are ruined ? Cost $180. The dye on the Charles David?s was all over the piping which he tried to cover up with what looked like liquid paper. Ruined, but I can still get away with wearing those. He offered no customer service, apology, nothing! I wo
