Businiess name:  C H Flint & Son

Review content:
Locally the word is "If you can't get it at Flint's you probably don't need it". This is the oldest store in Batesville serving the city with hardware since the 1800's. May even be the oldest hardware store in Mississippi. 4th or 5th generation ownership. Great service, expert advice about how to do just about anything, and wonderful atmosphere. \r \r I took in a lamp that was shorting out. Not only did they have the parts to fix it, they actually did the rewiring and didn't charge me for anything but parts. One thing that impressed me was that instead of me having to buy a 10 or 20 foot prepackaged wire, they ran off 6 feet from a spool. I only paid for what I needed.\r \r Unheard of in these times of the megastores.
