Review content:
After waiting so long to taste their famous ribs, I was very underwhelmed. Dickie's are better. While the meat was of high quality and no fat, I could not detect any smoked flavor at all, as I have at other places. The BBQ sauce was blah. I was amazed at the fine reputation they have! That was enough for me, but the ambience was terrible. I expected the overall sports theme and sports fans will be very please with the museum quality memorabelia all over the walls. But it was SO crowded, that even sitting next to each other on one side of a table, we could not carry on a conversation. I could reach out and touch the next table diners, and when the waiter slipped between the tables to take the order, his butt was inches away from me and my plate. The din was appalling. People were shouting to carry on conversations and we were forced to endure loud comments and stories and laughter. The prices were pretty high, but rib prices were in line with usual restaurant prices for that it
