I was recently introduced to Tony in the service department at Mercedes Benz of Encino. I needed a basic service and my check engine light kept coming on. Before bringing it to Tony, I had a couple places look at it and I got a couple different diagnosis all involving major work and major $$$. Tony had his technicians look at my car and in a short time they found a seal that needed replacing. Shortly after getting my approval, my car was fixed and I was on the road for a couple hundred dollars. The experience relaxed me, the service was smooth and I felt like I (being a young woman in a mechanics world...need I say more) and my car were in Good Hands. Thanks Tony...U da Man!
