Review content:
I called Scott Symonds about 3 weeks ago for a lawn maintenance quote. We made an appt. for him to come out to the house that Sunday at noon. He never showed up. I called him at 1:30 p.m. and left a voicemail for him asking if maybe we got our lines crossed. I never received a call back. During my initial conversation with Scott I spoke with him about the problems I'd had with previous gardeners and Scott assured me that his company was different, that they were very professional and were licensed, bonded, and insured. I guess they're not very professional after all.
