Ignore the other reviews. I don't believe them, I believe they are over dramatizing. Uh..Can you say drama queen? EVERYBODY in the area goes there. Can they be wrong? Doubt it. \r
We have 10 cats and spend between $1500 and $2800 yearly for the past 5 years. And they don't kiss our ass because of the money we spend. We've experienced 3 other vets in various areas, this is better. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Pets are very well treated. The only vet we trust to leave our cat(s) overnight for several nights. One cat has kidney failure. With help from the dr and staff, this cat is alive and NOT uncomfortable....for the last 2.5 years! Also, they did not take advantage, money-wise, in a terminal situation.\r
In the other reviews, the 3 week wait is BS. We get in that day or the next (even before they know it's US calling) in urgent situations and in some cases for regular appts.\r
It's nice to see the same staff there.
