Our pets (dogs and cats- 5 total) over the last 16 yrs have had the opportunity to be patients at Southbury Vet. I have never been more pleased by the entire staff!! (That includes those who work at the desk, take calls, do the website, lift and hold our animals, and clean up after them.) Dr. Ross is a kind, sensitive vet who is not only caring of each animal he treats, but also the families who are related to the pets. The rates are more than reasonable and the animals are always regarded with a high quality of care. 14 yrs. ago we very Sadly had to put down our first dog after 17 great years of life. Dr. Ross most sensitively conducted this with care, and compassion for our dog, my husband, 11 yr old daughter and myself. Within a week Dr. Ross sent us a hand written sympathy card again expressing his condolences. Never did I expect it, and knew Dr. Ross' veterinary practices are based on respect for the life of the animals he treats and their families. \r \r The staff is equa
