Dr. Ross has been wonderful with our pets. Last December, our dog, who had addison's disease, had a crisis on a Sunday. He ultimately passed away at 24 hour critical care clinic. Upon finding out, Dr. Ross and his staff personally called us and wrote to us to express their condolences. They took wonderful care of him when he was alive. He then helped us to find a reputable organization through which to adopt our current dogs. Any time they are sick, they see them right away. They always answer all our questions and explain everything to us. We'd never go anywhere else.
