If you've ever dealt with them, you'll know what I mean. They are simply the best at what they do. I've been a customer since the early 80's and they've done nothing but impress me over the years. Sure I've tried other glass companies at the suggestion of my penny pinching insurance carrier and each time I've walked away kicking myself for not going with Glass on the Move. Over the years, they've done glass work on several of my cars ranging from my Chevette and Thunderbird back in the days, to my LandRover and current Mercedes, and each time it's been a positive experience without complaint. I've never had a leak or anything because the workmanship is top-notch and always done right the first time. They've always used glass of the highest quality, which meets or exceeds the OEM specs of the original glass it's replacing. Many other glass shops, such as the one suggested to me by my insurance carrier with the three lettered name, use inferior quality, below original OEM spec'd, cheaply
