Review content:
We've boarded the two dogs that we've owned quite a few times at Hi Lo. I don't understand some of the negative reviews because Hi Lo does an excellent job of defining their costs on their website. Every kennel that I've looked into charges for play time, and again, that's clearly listed on the website. Our current dog loves the staff at Hi Lo, and always acts like she's enjoyed her time there. They intentionally keep the kennel small and several people live on the premises; so your dog is never by herself. The facility is always clean, and compared to what I've toured at other facilities, the kennels are roomier. I feel comfortable leaving Scout at Hi Lo.
