I boarded my dog there from the 27th of June until the 6th of July due to our yearly vacation. I was quoted on the phone a price range of 125.00/135.00 which is reasonable to me. When I went to pick him up I was astonished at the bill, 220.00. I questioned the people there but the owner was not available. I spoke with her today the 7th and was told my dog would not go outside to do his business so they had to force him out. I wonder if they took a leash, put it on collar and pulled him out which in my opinion is abuse. Anyway I questioned the owner of the addtional charges. Since he would not go out they took him out several times at a cost of 85.00 added to my bill. The owner refused any type of refund even though she had three cell phones numbers of ours and my friends number. I questioned her as to why she did not call me before doing this. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the pictures on their website are not very accurate. The office you check in at smelled highly of ni
