This is a highly disorganized clinic. I took my rescued pet in for a first visit and had to pick up meds next day after diagnostics were analyzed. No one could find my pet's chart. I heard staff say they would check the vet's desk, but they had no luck there either. One very serious concern is that capsules were two different colors in one pill bottle. No one alerted us to this. I looked both up on the internet and found out they were the same medicaiton, but the vet or the tech should have told us this instead of letting us discover it on our own. \r

The chart was eventually found, but it seems not to have been read when providing us with follow up care. I had a follow up call from a vet who had not examined my pet and who recommended treatment that, had she read my pet's chart, would have seen my pet was already receiving. There was an appointment scheduled that never made it to their computer, and a misdiagnosis of my pet's condition (even though we consumed over $300 worth of clin
