So I called these guys out to fix my front loading washer which was filled with water and would not drain. The guy seemed put out by the fact that my washer was in a cubby kinda of area and he would have to work a little to move it out. Eventually he got the water to drain, told me it was fixed, I paid him the $100, and he left. About 15 minutes later, as I attempted to do a load a laundry all the lights started flashing and the machine kept beeping. It also started and stopped about 50 times. I called Paul's back numerous times over the next week and eventually got a return message saying he had ""personal problems"" and would return my money, which is not really what I wanted...I wanted my washer fixed. Anyhow, it took another 20-30 shall we say, ""persuasive"" calls and a few weeks before I finally got a check in the mail. Would definitely NOT recommend Paul's.
Pros: fixed a problem
Cons: created another and took my money
