Review content:
Before going I checked out primacare to see if they provided service other than urgent care and the website stated that “In fact, many people consider PrimaCare their main health care source”. Since it PrimaCare was convenient I went and the lady checking me in said they see people for colds all the time and see would call and verify me insurance. She said that I would only owe the 25.00 co pay and insurance would cover the rest. 1 month after the visit PrimaCare sent me a bill for another 210.00 because my visit was considered urgent care. PrimaCare would not honor what the lady to me. Now I’m out another 210.00 and I could have just took the extra time and went to my regular doctor for 25.00. Just beware of what you are told at the time of service.
