The best dental experience I've had; definitely recommend: After less than par experiences with dentists in South Florida, I feel extremely fortunate to have discovered the caring work of Dr. Marcus. My experience resulted in the following personal observations:
DENTIST: Not only was/is Dr. Marcus knowledgeable about procedures and treatments, she goes above and beyond to anticipate and answer patient questions and concerns. Furthermore, unlike other dentists, for those patients who prefer it, Dr. Marcus is more than happy to explain what she is doing, while she is performing a treatment.
Bottom line, Dr. Marcus takes pride in and is confidant in practicing her profession.
STAFF: office staff/hygienists were courteous, well-prepared, and all seemed to work cohesively together as a team.
OFFICE: Each visit, Dr. Marcus' offices were always very clean and comfortable, dental tools were prepared ahead of each of my appointments and ready for use, each area of the office had more than sufficient lighting, and the use of new technology (pictures/digital charts) for procedures was beneficial.
