Review content:
I went to Weeks Family Practice under the recommendation of a family friend. My care was great, and I delivered a healthy baby boy under the care of Dr. Weeks. It wasn't until HE chose to have an affair with his Office Manager that our care deteriorated. Not only were every one of our appointments canceled or rescheduled last minute, but our treatment in the office changed as well. I never once questioned his personal life or treated him differently. I wanted the best care for my children and knew that they would receive it under the care of Dr. Weeks. \r
On Thursday we received a message from his receptionist stating that they ""assumed"" we would be canceling my son's appointment so they were taking him off the schedule (his 4 month well child visit). My husband called back Friday morning to clear up the mess and the same receptionist (Laura) said that they would be calling me to reschedule immediately. \r
No phone calls since, so I called them this morning to make the appointment. I was put on a long hold by the receptionist, then finally spoke to Jessica a nurse. She advised that after speaking to Dr. Weeks and his Office Manager Jaimi, they have decided to discontinue care of myself and my family.\r
I have never been so upset and hurt in my life. Talk about COWARDS! The office manager or Dr. Weeks himself could've called me when this first started and fired us themselves, but instead, they put it on the shoulders of other staff members.\r
I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, ever. April and Jessica are amazing nurses, but as for the rest of the staff, Dr. Weeks included, they are horrible people!\r
Thank you Weeks Family Medicine for leaving us with just a few days to figure out where my infant will get his next set of shots.
