I've been to this office twice (unfortunately) and will not be returning. During both visits, the older front desk employee (mentioned in previous posts) was very rude and condescending. She also struggled to verify my insurance information and went through the exact same process both times, clearly not obtaining the correct information during my first visit. I had to call my husband at work to get his Social Security # during both visits. I also could not refill my contact lens prescription without getting a ""contact lens fitting,"" even though I've been perfectly happy with the contact lenses that I've used for the past several years, and there were no major issues that showed up during my exam. The contact lens fitting is extra, of course. Please save your time and money, and do not go here! The negative reviews are definitely in line with what I have experienced at this clinic.

Cons: Rude employees, disorganized front desk
