Review content:
My experience with this company/service started through a web-based coupon service (LivingSocial Deals). Not having gone to the dentist for awhile, I expected I would have some issues, and quite frankly, would have had work done if the dentist said it was necessary. After all, he's the doctor, right? Well, good news, no suprises, great check-up. The point being, Dr. Goedecke could have said ""You need this, this, this, and this...."" well, you know what I'm getting at. It's like the mechanic telling you you need all these repairs and you just have to go on faith. Trust is very important to me. After two visits, I trust Dr. Goedecke is shooting straight with me about my dental treatment plan.\r I would also like to mention the staff and office. From the moment I walked in, I felt as though I was being treated personably yet professionaly. I filled out the brief dental history form and was quickly in the examination room. The package I accessed through the LivingSocial service included X-rays and cleaning along with the Dr.s recommended treatment plan. My Dental Tech. was a very freindly and capable young lady who seemed quite familiar with the operation of the very modern equipment used for the evaluation part of the proceedure. The x-rays were done and done quickly. The machine was ultra-high-tech and she explained each step while working. When the images were brought up, she explained what I was seeing and what the Dr. would be looking for. I had a question, and she pulled out a tool which was actually a camera she could put in my mouth and point on the screen to each tooth as she explained what I was looking at ! Incredible !\r After the cleaning, which was also thorough, Dr. Goedecke came in and spent more than a few minutes going over the x-rays and looking into my mouth. We went over his observations and recommendations and scheduled an appointment for my next treatment. At this point I was presented with a clear and understandable schedule of what would be done and how much each service would cost. I was pleased with the prices and would venture to say they would probably be competitive with other dentists for the same proceedures.\r To bring this lengthly review to a close, I would say not only was my experience with this company quite satisfactory, but I would recommend Dr. Goedecke to others needing these type services. I operate a small business myself and can appreciate quality, affordability, and pride in ones work.
