This is a government assistance type of clinic with THE most incompetent staff I have ever met. The receptionists are uneducated and lack the common sense people skills a receptionist needs. I used to be a patient here, and now a close family member is and it is one problem after anoter. Due to the lack of organisation, responsibility and professionalism of this clinics staff, people have lost their medi-cal benefits and in turn, lost their health care.\r

This place is located in the heart of east side Riverside on University Ave. If you must, drive a little further and find another location that will treat you like a human being. \r
