HORRIBLE!!\r
In my 22 years of dental care in the Bay Area I have never come across a more unprofessional, badly run office. They called to change my appt time thinking I had called them, when I hadn't. The the real mess began, when I allowed them to treat me despite all the negative reviews I read.. because I was desperate for a dentist in my area that took CIGNA HMO!\r

As a Sr. Business Manager for a large corporation, I am apalled at the way I was treated, lied to and hoodwinked into a HUGE bill that is not covered by Insurance! \r

They refuse to give me copies of my dental records, and lied about them being ready (I have the phone record) to get me down there! Then they denied calling me and demanded payment for a treatment I did not approve!! \r
