Disorganized. Unethical. Possibly uncertified.\r \r First, my insurance company has this dentist listed under the name of Alireza Moheb, DDS, the actual certified dentist for the office. His certifications are displayed throughout the office...and only his certifications. When a ""Dentist"" by a different name treated me, I asked about Dr Moheb. I was told that he was the owner, but lived in Arizona...that he didn't actually practice there! Do any of the staff there have DDS credentials? Who knows!\r \r Second, I came for an annual checkup and cleaning. I waiting for a very long time. When the ""Dentist"" finally saw me, he gave me a breif examination then sent me to the waiting room to review his proposed treatment plan with the receptionist. The short story is that they tried to charge me a price for a coded procedure that did not reflect the scheduled fee on my insurance plan for that code. When I questioned the amount, they backtracked and claimed that the procedure was actually cosmetic so my insurance would not cover the full amount. In response, I asked them to confirm that the code they used on my treatment plan was not actually accurate for the procedure they recommended, and they confirmed, stating that they were simply trying to do me a favor so that my insurance would cover some of the amount. So basically, they were advocating I have a cosmetic procedure while leading me to believe it was dentally necessary.\r \r Finally, I asked about my cleaning and they claimed I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning and would have to schedule that for another time! \r \r This office just doesn't seem above board. I wouldn't trust them. I did file a complaint with my insurance company. Pros: Location Cons: More of a business than a Dentist
